Welcome to 2010 Lazers swim season. LPRC is celebrating 50 years in the Northern Virginia Swim League (NVSL)!
Our swim coaches are Hadley Rowland, Graham Keller & Kellie Del Signore.
Practice times are as follows:
June 1 - June 24
4:30 - 5:30 11 yrs & older
5:30 - 6:15 10 yrs & under
June 28 - July 30
AM Practices
8:15 - 9:15 10 yrs & under
8:45 - 9:15 Little Lazers
9:15 - 10:15 11 yrs & older
PM Practices

Please fill out a Volunteer Form (available on the website). It takes many parents to run swim meets.
Our Swim Team socials will be on Thursdays, sign up to host an event, ie Pasta Nite, Tie-Dye Nite, or new ideas are welcomed.
There are discount flyers for 6 Flags (July 19 - 25) & Kings Dominion (July 10 -25) on the website, if your planning to attend during those times.
