Water Aerobics
Exercise is cool when you're in the pool!
Our Adult Water Aerobics class will start June 19th Saturday -- weather permitting. Classes meet twice a week; Saturdays from 2:00-3:00 pm, and Thursdays from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
Your water workout includes a warm-up, aerobic exercise, toning, and stretches. Bring a water noodle and wear water shoes.
The class is free to members. Guests are $5 at the door.
Start date and time will be confirmed when the pool opens. See you there!

While at the pool, try to run, walk, skip, or dance to your own beat in the water and you will have exercised without realizing it!
