To get individual lessons for a charge from our coaches, first you fill out a form to tell us what you're looking for, and then our Coach leadership team will match you with a coach. Here's a form for beginning swimmers looking for the basics, like the skills to pass the swim test. Here's a separate form for more advanced swimmers looking to improve details on strokes.
