Given the larger numbers needing work hours now with our membership growth, we've developed a system to allow members to find work to do. The system involves a sign up genius, a spreadsheet on the check in computer at the front desk, and an email for questions. Members should look on the sign up genius for work that needs doing, sign up there, then check in and out on the spreadsheet on the front desk computer, and then let our volunteer wranglers know that they've done their work. Once you've completed 4 hours, we'll notify the LPRC Treasurer, who will shred your work check and let you know it's destroyed.
Thanks for all your help - we the members of LPRC are its owners and it will only be as good as the work we put into it. Please if you are unable to come for a job you've signed up for, go to the sign up genius and change your sign up so that if someone else can do the work, the job shows up as unfilled!
In case you've forgotten, all but new members are required to send in a $100 check as a deposit against working 4 hours helping run and support the pool. LPRC is owned by its members, so we need everyone to pitch in to run the pool and keep it beautiful. New members are exempt but we welcome volunteering from anyone. If you've forgotten to send in your work check thus far, now is a good time to write a check to LPRC for $100 dated 9/1/22 (so it doesn't expire before the end of the season; we won't cash it before this date and will give you some warning), and send it to our P.O. Box: LPRC, P.O. Box 243, Annandale, VA 22003.
Questions? Email here and we'll get back to you soon. Thanks!

Support your community by donating to LPRC, a non-profit, community-owned organization! NOTE: Because we are a tax-exempt club and not a charity, donations to LPRC are NOT tax-deductible. However, all donations will go directly to improving the pool and thus support your neighborhood. We have extensive needs for infrastructure repair and replacement. Your donations will make these a reality much sooner. Thank you!
